Terms of use

This document defines rules for the use of Blckbird (referred to as the Application, our, us, and we). By downloading and installing the Application to your device, you automatically agree to these Terms of Use. The violation of any point of these Terms can lead to the block of the user’s account without explanation and prior notice.

Usage Policy

Blckbird uses routing to change the path, which your device follows to surf the internet. It helps you visit the sites you need without any restrictions. At the same time, your traffic may pass through third-party networks that are not under our control. This may provide a third party with your IP address or the data you use in the Application. But third parties will not be able to access your personal data.

  • You are not allowed to upload or share content that is prohibited by law;
  • You’re not allowed to harm, offense or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclination, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability) other people while using Blckbird;
  • The source code of the Application should not be accessed or shared without prior official permission from the owner of Blckbird;
  • The organization or participation in illegal activities is strictly prohibited;
  • You’re not allowed to violate the intellectual property rights of others while using Blckbird.

Limited Warranties and Liability

Blckbird does not ensure the reliability of the system. You agree that our services are offered as is. You agree not to file any claims against Blckbird or its owners in case of any damages caused during the operation of the system.
We can’t be responsible for the websites and applications you visit or use while staying connected to Blckbird. Blckbird strives to make its services available at any time. However, there are obstacles, e.g. poor connection, disconnection with VPN services, or any other unpredictable and uncontrolled obstacles that may not allow us to reach this goal. We are not responsible for any data accidentally deleted, not delivered, or redirected incorrectly due to the issues with network or problems with the Application. Blckbird can limit the performance capabilities of the Application at its sole discretion.
Blckbird can apply amendments to this document and to the features of the Application without the notice of users. If you do not agree to the applied amendments, you should deactivate your account and delete the application from your device. If you continue using the Application after its update, you automatically agree to new terms of use and are obliged to follow them. We may also suspend operations and services without prior notice. Please read this document from time to time to stay informed.
